Prices – European countries (excluding France)

For deliveries to European countries outside France, shipping fees vary by country.
Fees range from €4.99 up to a maximum of €13.99, depending on the destination country and the order value.
The exact shipping cost will be shown at checkout before you finalize your order.

Prices – France

Between €4.99 and €9.99, depending on the weight of your order.
(Free shipping depending on order amount or during special promotions.)

 

Insurance and Delivery Times

Products are insured by us until delivery.
During December, parcels are delivered within 3 business days.

Delivery is carried out via Colissimo.

Special Orders

Made-to-measure items and pre-order products will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks, as indicated during your order.

Please note that these items are neither returnable nor exchangeable.

Delivery Conditions

Delivery will only occur if all of the following conditions are met:
– Payment approval by the payment center
– Kirane reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with an ongoing or previous payment dispute.

Customers can track their parcel using the tracking number sent by email.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & RETURNS

Returns

At Kirane, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order.
If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied, you have 14 calendar days after receipt to contact us for a return or to exercise your right of withdrawal.
This policy applies in France and European countries.

Return Procedure

For any return request, please contact us beforehand.
We will provide all the necessary information to make the process simple.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges and Store Credit

If the customer wishes to exchange an item (size, color, or another model), they must contact Customer Service at contact@kirane.fr.
Customer Service will explain the procedure.
Return shipping for exchanges is free.
We can also provide a store credit corresponding to the value of the returned product, valid for one year.

Return Conditions

Returned items must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and include all accessories, so we can process an exchange or refund.
