Delivery
The products are insured by us until delivery. Delivery times are indicative only.
Items will be delivered exclusively by La Poste services.
We package and ship within 3 to 5 business days.
“Special” orders (custom-made items, out-of-stock items) will be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks, as specified when you place your order.
Please note that custom-made items and special orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
These delivery times are given as an indication and are subject to change, particularly during periods of high demand. However, we assure you that we will do our best to meet these deadlines and satisfy our customers.
Delivery can only take place with the full agreement of the client (in the order form), the payment center (payment approval), and Kirane, which reserves the right to refuse any order from a client with whom there is a dispute related to the payment of a previous or current order. Kirane does not deliver to P.O. boxes.
Kirane cannot be held responsible for the direct or indirect consequences of an order cancellation or delivery delay for any reason, including postal or transportation service disruptions or strikes, or events beyond our control. The delivery time is given for informational purposes only, and any delay cannot result in damages, refusal of goods, or order cancellation.
For all deliveries, the client will be able to track their package using the tracking number provided by email.
Satisfaction Guarantee and Returns
The buyer has 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the items to make any claim regarding their package.
Please note that sale or promotional items are neither returnable nor exchangeable.
The buyer has a right of withdrawal within 7 calendar days from the date of receipt of the items.
Exercising the right of withdrawal requires the buyer to return, at their expense, the items for which the order has been canceled within 7 days from the exercise of the right of withdrawal, in perfect condition and in their original packaging, to the following address:

The risks and return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the client. Returns with cash on delivery will not be accepted. We recommend returning your items via tracked Colissimo to provide proof of return, as Kirane cannot be held responsible for the non-receipt of returned products. If the client wishes to exchange a product (size, color, or different model), they must contact Customer Service by email at: kiranecollection@gmail.com, who will inform them of the procedure to follow.
We can also provide a purchase code for the amount of the returned product, which can be used for up to one year.
As long as Kirane has received the product(s) in perfect condition, in its (their) original packaging, and with all accessories included.
