Kirane X Monochromic - Saheli Print - A friendship that takes flight

Two women, two mirror first names: Karine Naly and Karine Lanny.
Two complementary worlds, a shared love of craftsmanship.
One works with hand-printed fabrics, the other delicately shapes clay. Together, they have created a sensitive and luminous capsule collection: Saheli Print .

When gestures respond to each other

It all begins in Jaipur, in the light of an Indian winter. The two Karines meet there in the guesthouse created by Kirane's artistic director in the heart of the pink city, Villa Kirane .
Friends for years, they follow each other's work. This timeless moment becomes the starting point for a shared, intimate, and daring project.

On one side, the poetic prints of Kirane , handcrafted in the workshops of Jaipur. On the other, the pure lines and soft colors of Monochromic , a ceramics studio based in Marseille.

From this complicity is born a four-handed collection, where earth and textiles converse around a common motif: the Volage swallow of Monochromic , messenger of freedom and renewal.

“Saheli” — friendship as a common thread

“Saheli” in Hindi means “female friendship” .
This name, both gentle and strong, embodies the essence of this collaboration.
Saheli Print isn't just a fusion of expertise. It's a tribute to transmission, sisterhood, and shared craftsmanship.

A collection with a summer feel

Available in a soft palette of infinite blue and Indian pink , the collection invites escape, gentleness and contemplation.

It consists of:

Three hand-printed cushion covers , where the swallow hides between the Indian arabesques like a secret.
A pareo and a scarf , light as the wind, perfect for sunny days.
A set of placemats and matching napkins , to celebrate the art of living in the sun.
A hand-painted Volage swallow , coordinated with the colors and patterns of the flagship print of this collection. A poetic piece to hang, which extends the breath of the collection into your walls.
